A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The icons on buttons on the top-right of the file chooser ("Up one level", "Create new folder", ...) do not render under Windows 7. The button outlines themselves do render, however.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
