After Auto Update from 6u12 to 6u13 on Swedish locale, cannot see ping details in jusched.log

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 6u12 b04 jre on Swedish or German locale.
2. Open regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/JavaSoft/Java Update/Policy
3. Add New->String Value to UpdateServletURL -> http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/1.6.0/map-1.6.0.xml-EN-OFF
4. Open Java Control Panel, select Update tab and click on Update now button
5. 6u13 is installed on the machine.
6. Open <user>/temp/jusched.log, all required details related to the ping are missing.
