A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When installing the JDK/JRE the images appear pixelated under High DPI. In same cases makes it difficult to read text inside the images.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Set Vista to High DPI
Resolution to 1680 x 1050
Install JDK/JRE

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
