ID_STRING_COMPANY_NAME publisher name for JRE7

      In Windows Control Panel the Publisher name is ##ID_STRING_COMPANY_NAME## for Java SE Runtime Environment 7.
      It should be Sun Microsystems,Inc.
      JRE7 Support Info on windowsXP_x64 is attached
