It's test bug, in jdk 1.5.0_19b02 was introduced new TimeZones util version tzdata2009g (that has some new changes ART changed to WART, changes to Cairo/Egypt DST rule. For ending DST: Egypt is expected to revert to the last Thursday in September.), but suite has tests for tzdata2009a (5u19b01 has tzdata2009a) so several tests failed on jdk1.5.0_19b02, but passed on jdk1.5.0_19b01.
