toRealPath_AbsNonExist testcase of api/java_nio/file/Path/Path.html#ConvTests JCK test fails on Windows Vista and Windows 2008 starting from jdk7 b50.

Test passes when run with the workdir on samba shared volume and fails when run with the workdir on a local hard drive.

Test fails with the message:
