Test case that shows the bug
The original bug was pointed out by Xerxes Rånby [1] as issues 5 and 6.
The Pisces stroker draws the closing segments of a path incorrectly. Attaching
a simple test case to reproduce the issue.

Issue 1 is shows that the internal
join of the second last join created by Stroker.close() does not draw a vertex
pointing to the outside of the join.
