At some point we'd like to support mvm-lite on the windows platform for client apps.
At this time some initial investigation has been done, but there are
issues around the requirement for sharing of the toolkit thread
as a Java Thread for which there isn't yet a solution in mvm.
That is likely not the only problem, but its the first stumbling block.
