Some people are using -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 option to switch
encoding to UTF-8 from windows-31j on Japanese windows so that
they want to use UTF-8 as the default encoding.
I understand it's not normal usage but with that option
Chinese fonts are being used instead of Japanese fonts
as fallback even on Japanese Windows.
Is it possible to add the following into fontconfig.properties?
sequence.allfonts.UTF-8.ja=alphabetic,japanese,dingbats,symbol
