Java Applet called repeatedly from JavaScript causes Java to leak memory.

The issue can be reproduced with JRE 6 Update 10 and above,
with IE6 and IE7, and Firefox.
Issue exists still with JRE 6 Update 14 New Java Plug-in and
"old" Java Plug-in.
