A customer reported, that JRE 6 Update 7 (64-bit) encountered 3 incidents
of the following pattern:

# Internal Error (sharedRuntime.cpp:461), pid=1252, tid=45
# Error: guarantee(false,"missing exception handler")

All three hs_err_pid.log files show, that PermGen was completely exhausted.
