When building on the east-coast JPRT v20z machines (ilmbur-v20z-10,11,12), the vanilla hotspot fastdebug builds fails when it tries to run 'Queens' with an assertion in ciTypeFlow. This does not happen on crocker.east for some reason.

For now, this build target has been removed from the jprt.properties file. The issue should be resolved and then the target re-added.
