re-enable linux-x86 testing in JPRT

      The vanilla linux-x86 binaries fail a number of JPRT tests with bizarre errors (like: FloatingPointException) when run through the east-coast JPRT.

      For now, these tests have been removed from the jprt.properties files, but the issues need to be resolved and these targets should be re-added.
