"Java Console" menu option does not show under IE6's Tools menu when using next generation plugin

    Description

      Tested with Windows XP Pro T.Chinese.

      Install 6u15 JRE4B, with the default Next Generation Plugin selected on Control Panel, launch IE6, one cannot find "Java Console" as an menu option under IE6's "Tools" menu.

      Go to Java Control Panel and uncheck next generation plugin, restart IE6 browser, "Java Console" option appears under "Tools" menu.

      Go to Java Control Panel, and check next generation plugin again, restart IE6 browser, "Java Console" option disappeared again.
