# Steps to reproduce:
1.set up the right environment to test.
2.start as the case descriptions:
"This test is for Windows XP and later,where the desktop antialiasing can be changed. If you're not on such a platform,simply hit PASS.
On an XP system,right click on the desktop and select "Properties".Switch to the "Appearance" tab and hit the "Effects" button,Uncheck the checkbox "Use the
following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" and apply any changes. Look at the six text items at the top of this frame and ensure the text is all
rendered THE SAME.
Double click on the fourth item(from the left) to show the caret and make sure the text is rendered the same. Hit ESCAPE to hide the caret.
Click on the combobox arrow to the right of the last item and make sure the text in the popup is rendered the same.Now go back to the "Effects" dialog,re-check the checkbox,and use "Standard" or "ClearType" as the method to smooth edges.
Apply the changes and look at all the items again and ensure that they have ALL changed to antialiased text,and ALL look the same."

# Actual behavior:
Double click on the fourth item(from the left), the caret can't not show out.
