REGRESSION:showDocument ignore _blank in IE8

      The method JApplet. getAppletContext().showDocument( URL, string ) ignore the string value "_blank". It destroy the applet and show the URL in the same window.

      This problem occur with IE8 on Vista with Java 1.6.0_14.

      It occur not with Firefox.

      It occur not with IE8 on Vista with Java 1.6.0_13.

      It occur not with IE6 on Windows 2003 with Java 1.6.0_14.

      It occur not with IE8 on Windows 2003 with Java 1.6.0_12.

      It occur not with IE8 on Windows 2008 with Java 1.6.0_11.
