Not possible to load applet from shorcut on Windwos Vista 64 bit usign 6u15-b03

PLATFOEM/CONFIG INFORMATION:
Operating System: Windows Vista 64 bit
Java: 6u15-b03 (32bit)
Browser: Google Chrome


STEPS:
1)Try to load the below applet in Google Chrome browser
http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/raghu/JNLPSupport/JAWSServices/html/JNLPFileServices.html
2) Follow the steps mentioned and let it allow create a desktop shortcut.
3) Try to open the application again clicking on teh desktop shortcut.

If it is not able to open the applet, the bug is reproduced.
