The windows offline installer gathers and sends statistic data over the internet.
See http://java.com/en/data/index.jsp
Customers running and paying for Java SE for Business do not like this behaviour.
In particular when running the windows offline installer silently, there
should not be such data transfer. Apart from security concerns, the is also
a risk that a massive upgrade of tens of thousands of pcs will fail due to
network and connection issues. This has already happened and caused the need
of manual corrections.
Similar to autoupdate, which is disabled for JFB, gathering statistics should
be turned off for business environments. I think this is a legitimate request
which should be implemented for both 5.0, 6 and 7.
