1) Under most of the scenarios whenever page is reloaded , once can notice that JRE is restarted.
2) Classloader caching is not working at all with chrome browser. Classloader caching is pretty important as most of the POGO applets and yahoo games are heavily using classloader caching feature.
Try to load the following applet

Do a page reload, if the you can notice JRE restart and count remains same at every reload then bug is reproduced
