Modality under some scenarios is broken modal dialog is not able to block input and user is able to sent mouse events or type text to the opened chrome window.

1)Load the following applet

2)Click "Default Modal Dialog" button
 This will bring up a MOdal Dialog

3) Click on the chrome browser windows and type java.sun.com inside the address bar

If you are able to type and page java.sun.com is opened then bug is reproduced

Same Modal dialog is going to completely block the IE7/IE8 and FF3 windows
