      A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
      Windows 7 seems to have a few timezones that are not correctly mapped to Java ones.
      * (UTC-04:00) Asuncion "Paraguay Standard Time"
      * (UTC+12:00) Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky "Kamchatka Standard Time"
      These timezones are mapped to "Asia/Karachi", that is 10,000+ miles away from these zones...

      JUSTIFICATION :
      For users' convenience, JRE/JDK should provide correct mappings for these timezones.

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
      Use JDK DST Timezone Update Tool
