Steps to reproduce:
1. lauch test case of api/java/awt/interactive/event/EventTests.html#EventTest0007
2. This test verifies that events on a scrollbar are generated as expected. Please
perform actions on the scrollbar on the left to generate scrollbar events. Use
the Request Focus button before attempting to type keys for keyEvents. All
event checkboxes must be checked via events generated on the scrollbar for the
test to pass.

#Actual behavior:
the 'mouseclicked 'and 'mousereleased' events can not be generated as expected.
