NoRhino bundle is missing npdeploytk.dll file. Installation folder from .exe bundle contains this file however.

I am also attaching NoRhino_zip_compare_with_Tested_exe_JRE.html incase link ever gets removed.

Can somebody provide some guidance on whether or not NoRhino bundle should contain npdeploytk.dll or not? As we are providing NoRhino bundle to customers one would expect similiar attributes (files, file sizes etc etc) between bundles.
