clear cache, install 6u18 b02.
launch any javafx webstart application, e.g:
javaws http://javafx.com/samples/BrickBreaker/webstart/BrickBreaker.jnlp
application won't start. no error.
launch again, it works this time.
regression started in 6u18 b02. b01 is okay.
performance team first noticed this when trying to get cold cache time for 6u18 b02.
