ViusalVM was bundled into Java SDK from 6u7. The image files from netbeans team are at install/src/copkg/visualvm.

The VisualVM bundled in Java SDK is the English version, not the multi-language one. Java SDK is localized into ja and zh_CN, and Netbeans team has multi-language version of VisualVm (please refer to https://visualvm.dev.java.net/download.html).

It makes developers and users feel strange that visualvm is not localized into ja and zh_CN, while most of the other java sdk tools are localized. So, it's beter to bundl the multi-language visuavm rather than the pure English one.

This problem also needs to be fixed in Java 7.
