      Description

        Currently, the SetupCompleteSuccess Dialog is written using MSI UI. It shows dynamic text such as:

        1. What sponsor was installed with the JRE
        2. Whether the Java Store was also installed
        3. Whether the Browser needs a restart
        4. Whether Kernel will be downloading in the background

        It needs to be rewritten to use ATL, part of the wrapper .exe's for both the online and offline JRE installers. See the following doc for what the UE should look like:
