Need to restart the browser manually to load the applets in Firefox or Chrome browsers, if browser is open before installation of any JRE on the system.

Steps to reproduce the issue -

Precondition :No JRE on the system, one of the browsers Firefox or Chrome must be open(no applet running).
 1. Install JRE 6u18
 2. Start an applet in the browser which is already open
 3. Cannot load any applet, it complaints need to install missing plugins
 Had to restart browser manually to load the applets.
