Steps to reproduce:
1. launch case of FIU002-001: Simple PIP, Base jre's java processes are not locked,Install jdk6u10b33-fcs,Verify installed java version 2.Launch Browser(IE/ff) without having any Java application/applet
3.Install jxpiinstall-6u18-bin-b03-windows-i586-rv.exe,The sucessful installed dialog was shown,Verify File In Use dialog is not showing up during JRE/JDK installation.
