A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Jdk 1.6 is wrong on the DST info on Fedora 9 in the EDT timezone.
java tries to read time zone info from jre/lib/zi/America/New York, but there is no such file, only jre/lib/zi/America/New_York
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
