windows_vista
deployment.properties file running on the windows Vista platform using JRE 1.6_10.
Using roaming profiles and the deployment.properties file is being
written to the LocalLow folder under the user's profile. When the user
logs out, the deployment.properties file is deleted so that the next
time they use a JRE dependant application, they resort back to the
default JRE settings.
Additional info:
Windows vista is deleting the deployment.property when a user with a roaming profile logs out. This is because the property file is in the locallow folder which vista will clear at logoff.
I don't understand why sun is putting the deployment.property file in the locallow folder which gets deleted. Can we change the location of this file to go into the roaming folder?
