UE: Offline and Online installer should have consistent ATL Dialogs

      Description

        This issue doesn't impact any functionality but all the screens should look same.

        1.) Launch offline JRE installer.

        2.) Launch online JRE installer.

        Compare the welcome screen for both the installer. For more info check the attachment.

        Issues
         - "Cancel" and "Install" button looks different
         - Check box is different
         - Fonts are different in both dialog
         - Even dialog layot is also different

        So in short both dialogs looks completely different from each other.
