This issue doesn't impact any functionality as such but looks very strange. I have seen this issue only on Windows 7 so far.

1.) Launch offline JRE installer.

2.) Launch jusched.exe

3.) Uninstall JRE

4.) Uninsall AU 2.0

 File in use dialog should not come during this AU2.0 uninstall. (Please see attached image for more info)
