Reproduce the issue :

For example , In Firefox or IE , open the following url :
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/jsn/all_workspace/javafx/snowapp/1.2.1/vanoc_v3/JavaFXDeploymentBundleForVanoc/Ticker/index.html

Clicking launch button can lauch the javafx app with java webstart , however ,
in Chrome or opera , it failed to launch the app.
Chrome will show a text error on the page , Opera will direct to "Java Download page " .
