The security warning icon gets hidden behind the PopUpMenus and Tooltips
This is reproducible from 6u12 build.
I reproduced the issue on Solaris-sparc and Rhel5
This maybe related to 6900622

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run the attached jar file (ToplevelFactory.jar)
Click button Show TopLevel
2. Right click on the Window to get a Popup menu such that the part of the popupmenu is
outside the window.
3. Observe the Security warning icon is hidden behind the PopupMenu
4. This can also be observed with Tooltips also
