Steps to reproduce:
Install 6u18 b06 J4B JDK original bundle and noRhino bundle. Check that <JAVA_HOME>/lib/visualvm directory is present for orig bundle but missed for noRhino one.

Notes:
1. JRE is not affected.
2. On Windows lib/visualvm directory exists for both orig and noRhino bundles.
3. For 6u17 noRhino bundles such problem does not exist.
