Sometimes VM fails to start while loading the applets and even sometimes browser hangs.
It's mainly happening with applets trying to read data from the jar using getResourceAsStream with multiple JREs installed on the machine
1) Steps to reproduce
Install 6u18,5u20 and 4u20 on the machine
Try to load the following page (applet at bottom of page)
http://javaweb.sfbay.sun.com/~singhj
or
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plugInTestsNoHarness/Liveconnect/html/MainGetResourceImageAppletOE.html

Sometimes the issue is reproducible always and sometimes it happens when we try to scroll down the page while applet is loading
