Empty <JRE>/lib/servicetag directory is left by uninstaller on Windows

      <JRE>/lib/servicetag directory is left by uninstaller. The issue is not reproducible on Linux and Solaris(Tried rpm and pkg installation).
      There is no <JDK>/jre/lib/servicetag folder after j2sdk-p.exe installation, but there is after j2sdk.exe installation. And if j2sdk.exe was used not only <JRE>/lib/servicetag is left but <JDK>/jre/lib/servicetag too.
