On S10u9_wos_01, both sparc and x86

When type in Firefox : bugster.central.sun.com in URL bar, will pop out a dialog to inform you that bugster.jnlp will be opened by 'java-web-start(default)', after you click OK, a "Download Error" message will pop out to say that:

/tmp/bugster.jnlp could not be opened, bacause an unknown error occurred. Try saving to disk first and then opening the file.

So on S10u9_wos_01, can not launch busgter.
