REGRESSION: Java Web Start creates icons with garbage pixels

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
        Bug occurs on:

      Windows Vista 64-bit
      Windows 2000

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When Java Web Start creates desktop icons on Windows Vista and Windows 2000, it introduces garbage pixels into the icon. (On both platforms, these are displayed as three diagonal lines of black pixels running through the image.)

      This bug occurred after upgrading from build 1.6.0_13 to 1.6.0_18.



      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Install using:

      Note the 3 diagonal lines running through the icon. (These are highly visible against a dark background.) The pattern of lines is repeatable.
