A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
After deploy a new version for the tomcat on the server side. The link on the desktop has an corrupted path for the icon


STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. download an new JNLP with the browser on the client side
2. the link on the dektop is created and path to icon is correct and Icon will bew shown
3. deploy an new version of the application on the server side for tomcat
4. now the JLNP application is working again, but icon path is corrupted

So the icon for the links of the desktop will not be shown

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The icon for the links of the desktop is also correct updated
ACTUAL -
So the icon for the links of the desktop will not be shown

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
