A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Lot of files getting created in <users_home_dir>\Local Settings\temp folder. These files get created each time a java applet is run on the machine.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Nothing specific, run the aplet and see the files getting created.

Java 6 update 7: Files go on increasing in size and would fill up entire disk.
Java 6 update 14: Same number of files are created each time the applet is run.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The tmp files should not get created.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
