Update java.security properties file to remove reference to sun.security.provider.IdentityDatabase

      The sun.security.provider.IdentityDatabase class has been removed from the JDK (via CR6876158). The reference to it by the system.scope security property in $JRE/lib/security/java.security should be removed too.
