need to update j2se docs to represent latest windows-i586 setup env

        Since 6u10, there have been several win32 build system changes from deployment that need to be sync'ed with the official j2se docs at: j2se/share/doc/build/*

        Some of the changes include:

        -new au2.0 requirements/variables
        -new sponsors
        -new tools such as msidb.exe
