The OEM_AU_Immediately fails in Vista with SP1 or higher

I am doing AU testing with 6u16 update to 6u19, and when I install 6u16 offline bundle, per the OEM test spec, there should be JavaUpdateSched task in the Vista task scheduler, but it is not there.

This is Chinese local, so file a bug, need some investigation.

The testing machine is: su24-01.sfbay.sun.com
can be accessed by vnc with password: dtf_test
and user name is: dtftest
password is: dtf_test
