Install/Uninstall of Auto Updater records Removal failed message in the install logs

This is not a stopper for 6u19.

This CR was discovered during the verification of the CR 6925724 using the test
cases listed in the below URL.

After testing Test1, when the log files were inspected, we noticed one of the log
files had a message indicating the Java Auto Updater - Removal failed.

Error messages in log files can also be seen for Test 2 and Test 3.

Test 4: The log file indicates that AU 2.0.2.1 was tried to get uninstalled when 6u19 jre with same AU was installed. It shows Removal failed error message for AU 2.0.2.1.
