Webstart: "401 UnAuthorized Error" is displayed while launching Import Export utility.

      "401 UnAuthorized Error" is displayed while launching Import Export utility.
      Oracle is running into the error at client
      side, when they change the server side setting to use Client certificate
      authentication. Without using this option the JNLP files load fine.

      The error message they see is
      "Could not connect to server. Please check your Java Web Start and
      Browser proxy settings"

      They are using pkcs12 certificates.
