This is regression that crept in when we moved the MVM changes form jdk7-b42 to jdk7-b76. As part of that big merge a bug in the launcher was introduced with the result that the peer sets the incorrect value for the classpath to the MServer when the -classpath argument is not used. This bug was masked by other issues and has been uncovered by the changes for 6910742.
