STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------
1. Launch control panel using "jcontrol" or "javacpl"
2. Select "General" tab & click on "About..." button.

Observed result:
The About window opens in a vertically elongated way across the screen.

Expected result:
The About window box should be smaller in height.
