Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (suspect any version of Windows 7 would have the same problem)

Bug Description:
. Open a SwingSet3 or any other Java application
. When the Java application is in focus, one can not change the volume level
using keyboard shortcuts(on desktop as well as laptop) or laptop physical volume knobs
. This works fine under JDK 6 update 18
