Bug Description:

 . Launch SwingSet3 using https://swingset3.dev.java.net
 . Close the application
 . Attempt to launch SwingSet3 a second time
 . The java.exe process will hang in the background. SwingSet3 will never come up.
 . Flush the Java Webstart cache.
 . Attempt to launch SwingSet3 again. This time it will work

It looks like some caching problem.
